On Thursday, Christmas Day, the weather will initially be partly cloudy and soon mostly cloudy, while local rains and isolated thunderstorms are expected, especially from noon onwards.

Weak high pressure will temporarily affect the area until Friday, while low pressure is expected gradually from Saturday.
Today, Christmas Eve, the weather will be partly cloudy and at times mostly cloudy, while isolated rains are expected, especially after noon. On the highest peaks of Troodos, it is possible that sleet or snow will fall. Winds will be mainly northeast to southeast, light to moderate, 3 to 4 Beaufort. The sea will be calm to a little rough. The temperature will rise to around 19 degrees inland, around 21 on the coast and around 9 degrees in the higher mountains.
Tonight, the weather will remain partly cloudy, while isolated rains are possible, mainly in coastal areas. Winds will continue to blow mainly northeast to southeast, weak, 3 Beaufort and the sea will be calm to a little rough. The temperature will drop to around 10 degrees inland, around 12 on the coast and around 4 degrees in the higher mountains, where frost is expected to form locally.
On Thursday, Christmas Day, the weather will initially be partly cloudy and soon mostly cloudy, while local rains and isolated thunderstorms are expected, especially at noon and after. In a storm, it is possible that hail will fall. From late afternoon onwards, the weather will improve temporarily.
On Friday and Saturday, the weather will be mostly cloudy at times and isolated rains or even a storm are expected, mainly after noon.
The temperature until Saturday is not expected to change appreciably, remaining slightly above the average climatic values of the season.
