Due to heavy rainfall, landslides of volumes of soil have been observed, on the Limassol - Paphos highway, between the villages of Paramali - Sotira, as well as accumulation of water in various parts of this highway.
Drivers are asked to be especially careful, drive at low speeds and keep a safe distance from the vehicles in front.
Accumulation of water from the heavy rains that have been falling since last night in Paphos is also observed in parts of the road network in the city and suburban area, but so far they have not caused problems in traffic. Police patrols have been checking the road network since the morning, while the Fire Brigade is on standby to provide assistance where needed.
