The beneficial rains that have occurred in the last 36 hours in Cyprus will continue for a while longer. According to the forecast of the Department of Meteorology, rain or even a storm will be observed today. The data so far also show a possibility of rain for Tuesday and Thursday.

The barometric low named ADEL and center in the northern Aegean, moves northeast, affecting the region of Cyprus.
Today locally increased clouds are expected to give isolated rains without ruling out a storm. Winds will blow southwest to northwest, moderate to strong, 4 to 5 Beaufort and the sea will be a little rough to rough. The temperature will rise to around 22 degrees inland and on the coasts and around 11 degrees in the higher mountains.
Tonight, locally increased clouds in the west and north are likely to give isolated rains. The winds will blow northwest, light to moderate, 3 to 4 Beaufort and the sea will be a little rough.
On Tuesday the weather will be mostly clear, however locally increased clouds are expected to give isolated rains after noon, mainly in the north and the mountains. On Wednesday, there will be high clouds from time to time, while on Thursday isolated rains or even a storm are expected.
The temperature is not expected to change significantly during the three days to fluctuate close to or even slightly above the average climatic values.
