The Cross Culture International Foundation Cyprus, based in Paphos, hosts 35 young men and women from European countries as part of its Accreditation in the Erasmus+ Youth program, from 18 to 22 November 2025.
The youth exchange entitled "Active Lifestyle for a Better Planet" hosts participants from Cyprus, Ireland, Poland, Greece, Italy, Romania and Croatia. Through a series of sustainability-focused activities, the program includes workshops, interactive games, and solution design sessions aimed at crafting practical, youthful propositions for a more sustainable future.
All activities are designed by young people for young people with the aim of fostering collaboration, encouraging dialogue, and helping participants explore different perspectives around environmental responsibility. At the same time, outdoor and sports activities are incorporated, adapted to the age and interests of young people.
As part of the program and in collaboration with the Municipality of Paphos, the participants organized the "Eco-Cleaning Day" action that will take place on Tuesday, November 18 at 10:30 am, on the beach of SODAP-ANTASIA, thus contributing to a cleaner environment and a positive action for the city and province of Paphos.
