The municipality of Ierokipia has announced a tender for the configuration and landscaping of the coastal pedestrian street and the public spaces of the coastal area of Geroskipou.
The project includes the reconstruction of the vertical pedestrian walkway at the boundaries of the Municipality of Paphos and Geroskipou, as well as the parallel pedestrian walkways in front of the hotel units. It includes demolitions, excavations, embankments, with the construction of a new pedestrian street with an area of 6000 sq.m. and the installation of photovoltaic-type luminaires.
The project is estimated at €960,000 excluding VAT and is co-financed by the cohesion policy program THALIA 2021 – 20127.
The opening date of the tenders is 13/11/2025.
