From Wednesday, November 19, the submission of the Conscription Information Declaration for those who did not complete it on time – and concern conscripts born in 2008 and 2009 – will be carried out exclusively through the government portal, as announced by the Ministry of Defense.
In order to access the platform, gov.cy is required to create and identify a natural person profile. Minors who have been identified and submit the relevant declaration will then be able to apply for an exit permit through the digital service "Issuance of a certificate of military status or exit permit". The document is sent electronically to their Transaction History within three business days.
