The contracts of the tender no. 89/2025, which concerns the project of renovation and redevelopment of the Polis Chrysochous Camping Site, in the context of the tender number 89/2025.
The signing of the agreement, amounting to €151,500 per year, with an increase of 5% every two years on the annual rent, is a milestone for our Municipality, as it marks an important step in upgrading the municipal infrastructure and is part of the strategic actions of the Municipality for the development and improvement of the quality of life of citizens and visitors.
The Contractor, based on its contractual obligations, must complete the construction works and the construction of the premises on the property in order to operate the property as a camping site within a timeframe of 24 months from the date of signing the Contract.
This is a project that will substantially upgrade the Camping Site, creating a modern, functional and environmentally friendly recreation area, worthy of the natural beauty and history of Polis Chrysochous. The implementation of the project is expected to contribute substantially to the tourism and economic development of the region, to strengthen local entrepreneurship and to further highlight Polis Chrysochous as an attractive destination for visitors in Cyprus and abroad.
The Municipality of Polis Chrysochous expresses the belief that the cooperation with Wadelink Ltd will be productive and effective, leading to a project that will further upgrade Polis Chrysochous and strengthen its image and dynamics.
