Another very large amount was collected by the Police and ended up in the state coffers after a relevant campaign that took place in just three days in the city and province of Paphos.
This is an amount of almost €33,000 from previously uncollected warrants that were pending for months or even years. The Paphos Police Directorate undertook through the special department it has for this purpose a campaign on the three days of October 10 to 13, managing to collect an amount of €32.870 from a total of 128 pending warrants.
This new campaign and collection of debts owed to the state by citizens or businesses is the umpteenth that the Paphos Police has carried out in recent years. In previous similar campaigns, the result was particularly impressive, with receipts reaching tens of thousands of euros each time.
