The organization World Central Kitchen (WCK) announced that it has received a new humanitarian aid mission in Gaza through the sea corridor of the "Amalthea" initiative, coordinated by the Republic of Cyprus with the support of international partners and the facilitation of the United Nations (UNOPS).
The mission includes basic food items, such as flour, pasta, and baby milk. According to WCK, the aid will boost the organization's efforts to achieve the goal of providing one million meals a day to Gazans.
WCK spokesman in Gaza, Ahmed, said the arrival was a crucial step in distributing food to civilians battered by the humanitarian crisis.
