We need
barbecue help at
The President’s
Garden Party
on Wednesday
17th September
This year the Garden party
will include a barbecue for a change! All of the Board Members have already been allocated
tasks, but we need help with the cooking side of things. BBQs and food to
be cooked will be provided, we just need people to man the barbecues, and also
to act as “gophers” to replenish food stations!
If you can spare a few hours
during the early afternoon (probably 11:30 to 1500) or know somebody who can,
we’d be delighted to hear from you.
Full details of the event will be sent out once we have a team of BBQ’ers!
