High temperatures will prevail today, with the Department of Meteorology issuing a Yellow Warning for extreme heat. At the same time, fog will be observed both today and in the coming days.
According to the warning, between 12:00 noon and 17:00, the maximum temperature is expected to rise to around 40 degrees Celsius in inland areas and around 32 degrees in the higher mountains.
Today, after the dissolution of the sparse fog and low clouds, the weather will become mainly clear. In the afternoon they will blow up to strong winds. Later, local fog and low cloud cover are expected to form again in areas of the interior and southeast.
The temperature will rise to around 40 degrees inland, around 33 degrees on the coast and around 32 in the higher mountains.
On Saturday, Sunday and Monday, the weather will be mainly clear. At night and especially during the morning hours, local fog and low cloud will form.
The temperature until Monday is not expected to change significantly, remaining above the average climatic values.
