Complaints on a regular basis, about cases where donkeys and horses are left at the mercy of heat or cold, are made to the Party for the Animals. As he says in a statement, when animals are left in the open, a necessary rule is to have a shelter that will protect them from the cold and heat. In this way, he notes, we let the animals decide for themselves what they want and feel better about their own protection.

The Party for the Animals of Cyprus now receives on a regular basis complaints from all over Cyprus about cases where donkeys and horses are left in a field at the mercy of heat or cold.
How many times to say and how many times to advise that although you should leave these animals in the open air, the necessary rule is to have a shelter that will protect the animals from the cold and heat. In this way, we let the animals decide for themselves where they want and feel best for their own protection.
We constantly report to the competent authorities and in some cases seizures have been made.
For these reasons and once again we advise guardians to do the obvious, and not to proceed to actions that are against their well-being, and also to always have clean water and food.
