Wizz Ai launches new direct flights to Warsaw's Modlin from December, further strengthening the Cyprus-Poland air link
Wizz Air, Europe's most environmentally sustainable airline, is pleased to announce the launch of two new direct routes from Paphos to Warsaw Modlin Airport, strengthening its ever-growing network in Cyprus.
From 2 December 2025, and just the right time for the festive season, passengers will be able to travel directly from Paphos to the heart of the wider region of the Polish capital. Tickets are already available to book on wizzair.com and via the WIZZ app.
This new connection coincides with the inauguration of Wizz Air's new base at Warsaw Modlin Airport this Friday, further reinforcing the company's commitment to a stronger presence in both Cyprus and Greece.
Wizz Air has also announced routes from Warsaw Modlin to Athens, offering even more affordable and comfortable options for travel across Europe.
Olivia Harangozo, Wizz Air's Corporate Communications Director, expressed her excitement to announce yet another new route from Paphos and Athens, this time connecting travellers to the vibrant city of Warsaw.
In relation to the new routes, these routes start for Athens – Warsaw Modlin on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday 1 December 2025 and for Paphos – Warsaw Modlin on Tuesday, Saturday 2 December 2025.
