The Department of Urban Planning and Housing has proceeded with a tender announcement for the redevelopment project of Kouklia Square.
According to Paphos MP Chrysanthos Savvidis at the moment, the process is at the stage of evaluating the bids and the award of the bid is expected by the Department. "With the completion of the process, the project is set to start in the coming months.
The redevelopment of Kouklia Square is expected to significantly improve the image and functionality of the central space of the community."
Mr. Savvidis notes that this is a project that has been pending for over twenty years, "and we are very happy that, thanks to our joint efforts and cooperation with the current and former Community Council of Kouklia, we have managed to move it forward and bring it to the stage of implementation."
