The Mayor of Paphos, Phaedon Phaedonos, made public today the great inconvenience that passengers at Paphos Airport have begun to suffer again, as in recent years on peak days and hours.
Accompanying his post with a photo of the queues formed by passengers, he notes that the tourist season has not yet begun. "A state that constantly disappoints. Individuals are making super profits and while they had to make extensions to the Airport, some turned their backs on them to get an extension of their contract until 2033.
The extensions should have been completed years ago," notes the mayor of Paphos, who characterizes the consortium's charges to the Republic for the extensions as very high or scandalous.
