The Department of Antiquities decided to proceed with conservation works on the medieval castle of Paphos. As announced today, Paphos Castle will be closed to the public due to maintenance works at the Monument, from Monday 5 May to Friday 16 May.
A whole winter has passed and they have not proceeded with these works, and they are closing it now that the tourist season has begun.
