Paphos Live 13 April 2025
A record number of arrivals at Paphos airports was recorded in the previous two years with the managing company pursuing a third consecutive record this year.
The airport management company does not rule out reaching 13 million or even slightly exceeding the total number of arriving and departing passengers in 2025. In relation to the new flights in the summer this year, there will be increased air seats, new destinations and reinforcement of existing routes, thus expanding travellers' choices.
For this year, direct flights to and from Riyadh, Venice, Marseille, Dusseldorf, Lyon and Sibiu for both airports are added. This year, AnimaWings, SkyUP, which is returning to the Cypriot market this time with the Chisinau route, and Air Haifa, which has started flying to Larnaca and will start flights to Paphos in the near future, will be active in Cyprus.
In relation to the German market, Condor, which had stopped its flights to and from the country, is returning with two routes from Frankfurt and Dusseldorf, and Ryanair is adding flights from Dusseldorf's second airport, Wieze from Paphos. There are also increases on some other routes from Poland, such as Katowice. In 2025, an increase in existing routes to and from Great Britain is planned at the same time, namely at Manchester Airport and London, Luton and Gatwick airports.
