Following its strategic goal for the utilization of the infrastructure of the Cultural Village of Lemba and continuing to adhere to transparent procedures regarding the disposal of the use and management of the space, the Deputy Ministry of Culture proceeds with the announcement of the "Tender for the Concession Agreement for the Operation and Management of the Cultural Village of Lemba – Pre-Selection Stage".
The tender documents, with the number of the Deputy Minister of Finance 2025/014, are available in electronic form on the website of the General Accounting Office of the Republic of Cyprus at www.eprocurement.gov.cy.
Tenders must be submitted to the eProcurement Electronic Procurement System, at the tender site, by Friday, May 30, 2025 at 9:00 a.m.
It is reminded that the aim is to develop a cultural ecosystem, where artists, students and pupils from Cyprus and all over the world will create, train and interact with each other and with the environment.
With the proper utilization of the infrastructure, the potential of which is multi-level, the vision of the State and of Stas Paraskos, who operated the "Cyprus College of Art" in the same space, is promoted and continues with efficiency.
