Pilobolus, the world-famous US dance company renowned for its innovative choreography and revolutionary performances, will perform the thrilling “re:CREATION” as part of the Cyprus International Theatre Festival (CITF) 2025, in a show suitable for all ages.
“re:CREATION” is a dynamic collection of dance pieces, including bold experiments, innovative collaborations and classics that have changed the landscape of contemporary dance theatre. Combining athleticism, artistry and emotion, each piece weaves a unique narrative that captivates the viewer with its inventiveness, creating an unforgettable experience.
Audiences will have the opportunity to enjoy favourites from the renowned group, such as the dynamic female duet ‘Bloodlines’ and the exciting new creation ‘Flight’, both of which are making their European premiere in Cyprus! In fact, ‘Flight’ will be performed for only the second time worldwide, making this performance particularly special.
Through this dynamic and emotional performance, Pilobolus invites young and old audience members to an exploration of physical limits, enjoying the beauty and power of connected bodies.
