A flamenco production is approaching as the Flamenco Theater De Las Llamas presents a dance performance which tells the stories of five women through the language of flamenco. Audiences in Limassol and Nicosia will get to enjoy this unique event in April which will welcome an ensemble of artists on stage.
The Flamenco Show will transport audiences to Andalusia, the heart of flamenco, with passionate guitar strums and singing. “Flamenco is the sound of heels, graceful fan swings, magical hand movements, the flight of Spanish scarves and passion imbued with the deep pain of the human soul. Our production is a unique stage work that fills the hall with the Spanish trinity – music, dance and singing,” say organisers.
The performance will first be staged in Limassol at the Pattihio Theatre on April 14 and then in Nicosia at the Strovolos Municipal Theatre on the following evening. Both shows will start at 8pm and tickets are already available for purchase through the SoldOut website.
Joining a group of Spanish dancers on stage (Adrian Sanchez Granada, Domingo Ortega Jerez) will be two soloists – Adrian Sanchez, a dancer of flamenco and the soloist of the Spanish theatre De Las Llamas and Julia Plakhotina, president of the Flamenco Federation of Russia.
