PAFOS MUNICIPALITY MOVES TO ELECTRONIC INVOICING FROM TODAY

The Municipality of Paphos, in the context of its digital transformation, adopts electronic invoicing. Specifically, as of today, the receipt of all invoices will be processed only digitally through the Jinius platform.

Electronic invoicing contributes to the digital and smart city program, which the Municipality is constantly and dedicatedly implementing, harmonizing with technological developments and the trends of European directives, aiming to increase efficiency and sustainability, it is pointed out in a relevant announcement.

The municipal authority urges all partners and suppliers to register on this platform on time in order to continue the cooperation of the two parties without hindrance. He also emphasizes that those who register until today will be exempt from the registration fee, which amounts to €40.

In addition, the Municipality has ensured that partners whose invoices through Jinius do not exceed €2500 per year, will also be exempt from the monthly fee of the platform, which amounts to  €15 plus VAT.
