OPEN CALL - 10th PAPHOS PHOTOGRAPHERS EXHIBITION

 Pafos Press 4 March 2025

The PAFOS GOVERNMENT OFFICE announces the "10th Paphos Photographers' Exhibition" which will take place at the Old Electric Hall on April 4-6, 2025. The main purpose of this event is, according to a relevant announcement, to give the opportunity to photographers who live in (or originate from) the Paphos district to present their work to the general public through an organized group exhibition.

This year's exhibition will have a charitable cause for the 6th consecutive year, since the photographs will be available for sale at the price of €30 each to support the work of the "Bright Hearts" foundation.

The Bright Hearts Foundation aims to create a day center for children with special needs where they can meet after school for creative afternoon activities. The center will operate as a school and provide a safe and educational environmental experience for the children.

The PAPHOS GOVERNMENT OFFICE will purchase the materials for the placement of the photographs, will undertake the printing of the photographs (so that there is uniformity), will find the room and organize the opening of the exhibition. The printed photographs will be given to the photographers after the end of the exhibition. The choice of photographs belongs exclusively to each photographer. Each photographer can exhibit up to 4 of their photographs which will form a unit.
