An earthquake in the sea area of Cyprus – Turkey was felt a while ago.

Initially, the Euro-Mediterranean Seismological Centre announced that the earthquake was 5.1 on the Richter scale, but then revised it to 4.6 on the Richter scale.

For its part, the Geological Survey Department speaks of 5 on the Richter scale.

The earthquake was particularly felt in Nicosia and Paphos.
