Santa Run 2024 : A Celebration of Love and Joy in Paphos!
The Municipality of Paphos is organizing its large established "Santa Run" event this year on Sunday, December 8, 2024 from 10:30 in the morning, in the city center. The event is organized within the framework of the Municipality's social policy and aims to create a festive atmosphere and strengthen voluntary organizations and charities in the area.
The event includes a parade, a joy-filled walk for young and old, where all participants will be dressed up as Santa Claus. The procession will start at 10:30 in the morning from 28 October Square (in front of the City Hall), where Santa Claus hats will be distributed.
Then, Santas, young and old will walk to the sounds of Christmas carols from the Philharmonic of the Municipality of Paphos, to Kennedy Square and the pedestrian street of Makarios.
As of 11:00 AM. until 1:00 pm., in this area a "Festival of Love" will be organized, with a charity bazaar in which volunteer associations and organizations will participate.
The fair will be framed by an artistic program and various activities for young and old, offering joy and entertainment to all.
The Municipality of Pafos invites all citizens to participate en masse in the event, have fun and at the same time strengthen the city's voluntary organizations with their contribution, thereby creating an atmosphere of solidarity and social contribution in our city.
