The Polish market has now become a top priority market and in recent years arrivals mainly due to Ryanair flights to Paphos have increased drastically. This year, arrivals of Poles in Cyprus exceeded 250,000, recording an increase of 25% from arrivals in 2023. Pafos gains a significant share every year, since it is estimated that more than half of the Poles arriving in Cyprus reside in Paphos.
The air connection between Pafos and Poland is the best in the last 30 years. Ryanair currently operates approximately 18 inbound flights per week from 7 major Polish airports, while for the winter season 2024-2025 it is expected to operate approximately 16 inbound flights per week.
