The Municipality of Ierokipia is conducting a tender for the purchase of services for the organization / management of the "Christmas Village", in Geroskipou Square, from December 20, 2024 until December 22, 2024. The opening hours of the "Christmas Village" will be Friday, December 20 from 17:00 – 21:00 and on the weekend 21 and 22/12 from 11:00 – 21:00.
Proposals should include:
1. Kiosks for food, drink, handicrafts, etc.
2. Music groups for every day, workshops, games, etc.
3. Santa Claus and Sleigh for the start
4. Sound and lighting coverage for the stage
5. Graphic design and prints for flyers, banners, stage, etc.
6. Other activities and workshops
7. Health and Safety Plan
8. Guarding the area during the evening hours
9. Filming, photography
10. Press releases
11. Supervision, Management and Coordination for all days of the event
