Technical problem again in the GHS. The System's software, and in particular the Provider Portal, malfunctions again, causing inconvenience to both healthcare professionals and patients.
Of course, doctors and pharmacists face a greater problem and in many cases they have to communicate with each other in order not to leave their patients waiting for too long.
As we were told by both doctors and pharmacists, the software, although running, "is very slow so it takes time to register or execute prescriptions."
A pharmacist said that "it takes 6-8 minutes to execute a prescription until the operation is completed and citizens are waiting in line to be served."
As reported to Filenews by the Health Insurance Organization, this is the same problem that has been occurring for almost a month and the company, which manages the software, is making efforts to address it.
