The president of the EBE Paphos stated that the District of Paphos, with its special characteristics, continues to be a pole of attraction for buyers, investors and quality visitors, mainly from Europe but also from third countries. In 2023 the real estate market closed on a positive note with all provinces reaping benefits.

According to the data of the Department of Cadastre and Geometry, real estate sales this year amounted to 15,567 compared to 13,409 in 2022, recording a 16% increase.
