Residents and the president of the Community Council of Emba, Marios Metaxas, have been annoyed with the frequent power cuts by EAC. It is indicative that in the last 24 hours, 3 power outages were recorded, two of them for long hours.
Residents wondered if it was normal to have a holiday without actually a lot of bad weather. The president of the community who contacted EAC executives received the answer that it was a damage and an effort is being made to restore it.
We received the same answer. Residents note, however, that in addition to the repeated power cuts in the last 24 hours, outages have also been recorded in the previous days with the first storms.
