The GHS portal is out of service for a second day, causing headaches for patients and medical providers.
A source from the HIO's IT department told philenews that since 8:00 in the morning access to the website is not possible due to a technical problem, with the competent department and the contractor company working intensively to resolve it. He said, however, that there was no indication of when the damage would be repaired.
It is noted that the same problem occurred yesterday, with the competent source stressing that it is not a product of a cyberattack, despite the fact that in recent days various infrastructures in the country have been attacked by hackers.
