In total, 45,000 spectators from 42 countries flocked to Larnaca on Saturday and Sunday at the seaside venue Land of Tomorrow to enjoy the famous British musician Ed Sheeran.

The Grammy Award-winning creator did not disappoint his fans by presenting the greatest musical performance ever made on the island, in conditions of impeccable organization, signed by Moonlight Show Productions. It is characteristic that despite the unprecedented attendance, the arrival and departure of tens of thousands of spectators went smoothly and without any substantial problem.

The two memorable evenings marked the conclusion of his historic '+-=÷× Tour' or 'Mathematics Tour', which began on 23 April 2022 in Dublin and had dozens of stops around the world in support of Sheeran's 5th and 6th albums 'Equals' and 'Subtract' and highlight albums inspired by different mathematical operations.

Sunday's concert in particular was emotionally charged with him saying goodbye to the audience and his collaborators, especially singer Callum Scott, who had the privilege of opening these concerts. Scott in turn enchanted the audience of Cyprus, while he also sang a duet with Sheeran, thus closing an important chapter in his career.

The organizers were faced with unprecedented situations for Cyprus, as spectators who came from countries such as IsraelBritainGreece, but also distant countries such as MexicoPeru and Japan flooded the area of Larnaka with great enthusiasm. Reports say a number of fans were at the venue from 6 a.m. (!) and lay down with sleeping bags and umbrellas for more than 12 hours, until the start of the concert.

The hearty show started at exactly 9pm. and lasted 2 hours and 20 minutes, while Callum Scott had performed since 7.45pm. until 8.30p.m.

As with previous stops on his tour, Sheeran appeared in a black t-shirt bearing the name of the host city: Larnaca. In this way, he formally put the city of Zeno on the world map of major events. On Sunday, he invited fans to join him at his final concert of the year, to go to work or school on Monday in a closed voice.

In the two concerts he performed, with minor variations in order, more than twenty songs included in the setlist of the tour. Among them were his hits "Castle on the Hill", "Shivers", "Tides", "Eyes Closed", while the concert ended with the top hits "Perfect", "Shape Of You" and "Bad Habits".

It is worth noting that the world-famous artist for most of the concert was not accompanied by his full and charismatic musical ensemble, since he preferred to accompany himself with a five-channel loop, different guitars and keyboards, managing to record in parallel the drums, basses, secondary vocals, while singing his songs from above: A real one man show!

In fact, at parts of the concert, he "enlisted" the audience to accompany him at specific points of the song. Sheeran proved that in addition to being a great songwriter and singer, in addition to his enviable stage presence, he is also a world-class musician. In fact, he puts all his energy into every concert and tests his physical endurance.

In fact, at Saturday's concert, Sheeran had a minor accident after cutting the skin on the finger he was playing the guitar, undaunted by the bleeding and continuing the show with excess energy, despite the fact that he had to be tied twice.

The sound and stage part of the concert was impressive for Cypriot customs, with loudspeakers shaking the audience to the rhythms of the heart, while the impressive screens, the scenography, the pyrotechnic interventions and the lenses of thousands of mobile phones contributed to the spectacular result.

The style of the songs, which were sung along by thousands of spectators, covers a huge range of musical genres: from rock and pop ballads, to country and hip hop.
