The Ministry of Health announces the launch of a Public Consultation on the bill entitled "The Registration and Operation of Imaging Centres Law of 2024".
As mentioned, the purpose of this bill is to create a legal framework for the licensing process of Imaging Centers and their supervision by the Ministry of Health.
The Ministry of Health submits the above bill for consultation and invites any interested party to send, electronically through the e-Consultation platform, opinions/comments/comments no later than September 9, 2024.
The launch of a Public Consultation on the bill entitled "Law regulating the Establishment, Operation and Control of Clinics, Dental Clinics, Outpatient Health Care Centers" is also announced.
"The purpose of this bill is to create a legal framework for the licensing process of Clinics, Dental Clinics and Outpatient Health Care Centers, and their supervision by the Ministry of Health," it said.
