In addition to begging, outside supermarkets in particular, another group is apparently acting in an organised way to deceive unsuspecting citizens.
Pafoslive readers complain that some of these fraudsters, who operate mainly in supermarket parking lots, deliberately damage the wipers of the vehicles and appear when the owners of the vehicles return from their shopping ready to replace them.
