YELLOW WEATHER WARNING TODAY

Weak low pressure affects the area.

It is recalled that yesterday the Department of Meteorology issued a yellow warning for Wednesday.

Specifically, the maximum temperature inside is expected to rise around 40 degrees Celsius.

The warning will be in effect from 11:00 am until 17:00 pm today.

Today the weather will be mostly clear. The winds will blow southwest to northwest, mild to moderate, 3 to 4 Beaufort and the sea will be turbulent. The temperature will rise to 40 degrees in the interior34 degrees on the south and east coasts32 degrees on the west and north coasts and 30 degrees in the higher mountains.

Tonight the weather will be mostly clear. During the dawn hours, low clouds and sparse fog or fog may form, mainly in the southeast. The winds will blow mainly northwest to northeast, weak, 3 Beaufort and the sea will be calm to a little turbulent. The temperature will drop to around 24 degrees in the interior and coasts and to 21 degrees in the higher mountains.

On Thursday and Friday, the weather will be mostly clear. Saturday will see temporarily increased clouds, which after noon may give isolated rain or thunderstorms in the mountains and interior.

The temperature on Thursday is not expected to change significantly, to remain well above average climatic values. On Friday and Saturday it is expected to gradually decline.
