The problems at the Paphos-Polis road construction site have not been solved. The construction company has not withdrawn, but several subcontractors with whom it worked have abandoned the project and essentially lately the project is not progressing.
The government is determined to provide a definitive solution to the issue and the competent ministry is in constant consultation with the Greek company.
Neither side is interested in the impasse and termination of the contract and the solution is being sought that both sides will win, and of course perhaps lose the least, at the same time.
