Some companies participating in the "Photovoltaics for All" subsidy scheme do not provide the seven-year guarantee that is mandatorily provided to consumers under the above scheme, says Marios Droussiotis, President of the Cyprus Consumers Association.
According to Droussiotis, information has come to the attention of the Cyprus Consumers Association that some companies participating in the "Photovoltaics for All" subsidy scheme do not provide the seven-year guarantee that is mandatorily provided to consumers under the above scheme.
He notes that, "Having regard to the above information and our effort to help safeguard your rights, we invite you to carefully review the offer you have been given. In case there is no clear statement in the offer that you provide a guarantee of at least seven years, please bring this to the attention of the Association at info@katanalotis.org.cy email address".
