He also expressed certainty that "with the adequate staffing and the huge change being made in the Department of Town Planning and Housing with the implementation of a series of 22 measures to simplify the licensing process, there will be no problem in licensing, beyond the first period which will be an adaptation period, given that staff from three different organizations with different cultures will now be co-located."

As far as "personnel and procedures are concerned, with the measures we have taken, there will be more staff than requested and simplified procedures," the Interior Minister noted.

We are on a very good path, the organization charts have been made, budget models have been made and I believe that as far as the Communities are concerned, local government reform will have so many benefits," he said.

He also explained that "with the creation of 30 new Clusters, the Communities that will be clustered will now have common services, scientific staff will be recruited, which will offer accounting, administrative and other services, will be able to take part in European Union programs and will be able to carry out projects on their own without depending on the District Administrations", Ended up.
