Halloumi, pharmaceuticals, fossil fuels and oils are among the top positions of our export products for 2023.
According to the Statistical Service of Cyprus, exports of domestic products to the EU reached €508,388,000 while to third countries they reached €1,846,960,000.
According to the infographic issued by the Statistical Service of Cyprus on exports of domestically produced products to EU countries and third countries for the year 2023, following the recent publication of the final data of December 2023 of the Foreign Trade Statistics, they do not concern supplies to ships and airplanes.
The top six
At the top are fossil fuels and oils that cover a large part of our exportable products. In 2nd place follow medicines and in 3rd place halloumi.

- Medicines with exports amounting to €355,642,000
- Halloumi with exports amounting to €313,286,000
- Recyclables with exports amounting to €38,686,000
- Fruits and juices €38,520,000
- Potatoes €34,151,000
