SUPREME COURT - i-JUSTICE DIRECTIVE - ALL e-JUSTICE REGISTRATIONS REJECTED

 Filenews 29 January 2024

All registrations in the eJustice system rejected as of Sunday, January 28, 2024 will have to be re-registered through the iJustice system within 5 days, and it is understood that in such cases the date and time of their registration in the eJustice system still applies, states a Supreme Court directive on the operation of iJustice due to a problem in eJustice.

The Supreme Court's announcement dated 29 January citing the e-Justice Procedural Regulation adds that due to the immediate migration to the iJustice system, new cases, new intermediate applications, hearings, court minutes and certain similar information and documents have been transferred to it at this stage, in relation to those recorded in the eJustice system during its period of operation.

"The transfer of the remaining information and documents that could not so far be transferred from eJustice to iJustice continues and is expected to be completed in the coming days. eJustice will remain active with any information entered in it until Friday, January 26, 2024, but no registration or other action is allowed through the system."

All entries made in physical form will also be transferred in the coming days to the iJustice system, it said. In the meantime, new cases registered in physical form from 15 January 2024 will be handled naturally until further notice.

"As a result, the Supreme Court's Directive under the e-Justice Rules of Procedure, dated January 18, 2024, ceases to be valid. This Directive is effective from its publication on the website of the Supreme Court and will remain in force until its repeal by a new Directive," the Supreme Court said in a statement.
