FROM TODAY, ONLY ONLINE APPLICATIONS FOR THE TAX REGISTER WILL BE ACCEPTED

Filenews 8 January 2024

As of January 8, 2024, the submission of a request for registration in the Tax Register will only take place electronically through the "Tax for All" (TFA) Taxpayer Portal.

Specifically, the Tax Department announces that as of January 8, 2024, the submission of a request for registration in the Tax Register will be made only electronically through the "Tax for All" (TFA) Taxpayer Portal.

In order to be able to submit a request for registration through the TFA you will need to proceed with the Create Account on the TFA Taxpayer Portal.

More information can be found in the guides posted on the website of the Department of Taxation under the TFA icon for:

Upon approval of your registration request, your TFA Taxpayer Portal Account is activated and automatically linked to your Tax Identification Number (TIN), for which you will be informed via message at the email address you provided.

It is noted that after registering with the Tax Department and activating your TFA account, the passwords to the TAXISnet system, through which the Direct Tax Returns continue to be submitted, are automatically sent, within three working days.

Please note that as of January 8, 2024, registration requests submitted with the T.D. Form 2001 will not be accepted.

Through the TFA Taxpayer Portal, it is also possible to modify certain contact details such as phone numbers, addresses and email addresses by selecting the "Profile" section. For other changes to your registration details, the procedure for submitting the T.D.2003 form still applies.
