Sadness and shame are caused by the images of a huge rubbish dump that has been created in the area "Zilicho" between the villages of Kissonerga and Emba, near the stream "Arkokalami" which in 2006, due to overflow, dragged to the death of a couple of residents of Kissonerga.
For many months now, unscrupulous people have been transporting and depositing around the bed of argaki tons of rubble, old furniture and useless household appliances.
In the area there are even recent materials from house renovations and various plastic objects that do not decompose.
