Cyprus Airways announced today the launch of its flight schedule for summer 2024. The seven-month program, which runs from late March to October, is significantly more extensive than last summer's and includes 19 critical airports in countries.
The 58-weekly flight schedule offers more than 342454 seats to attractive destinations including Athens, Paris, Dubai, Tel Aviv and Beirut. Also included are three new destinations, Brussels (starting in February), Barcelona and Geneva. More new destinations will be announced soon.
"We are delighted to launch today our most ambitious summer programme with over 40% more seats than in 2023. Over the past few months we have worked hard to offer a reliable flight schedule. This program sends a strong message of commitment from the company to the local and international tourism market and the economy of Cyprus, connecting the island with important destinations for business, leisure or visiting friends and acquaintances. The programme focuses on key markets in Cyprus and is aligned with the strategy as a company connecting Cyprus to major airports where we secure connections through agreements with other airlines and in particular codeshare agreements," said Christos Limnatitis, Commercial Director of Cyprus Airways.
"Next year we will double our Airbus A220 fleet with the arrival of two new aircraft. This aircraft offers our customers an unparalleled experience with superior facilities to our Economy and Business Class passengers. It has spacious seats and legroom, low noise cabin, and large windows. It is the greenest commercial aircraft in its class," Limnatitis added.
"We are looking forward to a productive summer with pleasant travel for the residents of Cyprus but also for the thousands of foreign tourists visiting Cyprus," concluded the Airline's Commercial Director.
