The Trade and Cooperation Agreement (TCA) Partnership Council oversees UK and EU implementation, application and interpretation of the Trade and Cooperation Agreement.

This document is the first decision of the TCA Partnership Council in 2023. It amends the Trade and Cooperation Agreement to extend the product-specific rules of origin for electric accumulators and electrified vehicles to 31 December 2026.
