In the framework of the Recovery and Resilience Plan and specifically the project "Digital Transformation of School Units for the Enhancement of Digital Skills and Skills related to STEM Education", the Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth will subsidize the purchase of tablets and laptops.
The objective of the digital transformation of teaching and learning, as well as the development of students' digital skills, will be reinforced through the empowerment of students.
The Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth will grant a grant of €100 for the purchase of tablets for students attending the third grade of Public Primary Schools and a grant of €300 for the purchase of Laptops for students attending the second grade of Public Gymnasiums. The grant will be given to families who receive Child Benefit with annual gross income of the previous year up to €39,000.
