The Municipality of Pafos, in cooperation with the Traffic Department of the Pafos Police Headquarters, announce that on the occasion of the Parade for the National Day of 28 October 1940, the following roads will be closed to wheeled vehicles on Saturday 28 October, from 09.00 a.m. until the end of the Parade:
– Athinon Avenue (from Makarios and Resistance Monument)
– Intersection of Griva Digeni Avenue and Athanasiou Diakou Street
– Intersection of Palaion Patron Germanou and Rigas Feraios streets
– Intersection of Lieutenant Papageorgiou and Alkiviadou streets
– Intersection of Lieutenant Papageorgiou streets with 1st April
– Grigori Afxentiou Street
– 25th Martiou Street
– Second Lieutenant M. Savva Street
– Panicou Pastidi Street
– Gladstonos and Nikos Antoniadis streets
– Intersection of Evagoras Pallikaridis Avenue with Vladimirou Heracleous Street
– Intersection of Evagoras Pallikaridis Avenue with Charalambou Mouskou Street.
The public is kindly requested to use the following parking areas: Kennedy Square Parking Area, 7th Primary School Stadium, G.S. Koroivos Stadium, parking next to the Monument of Pontian Hellenism, Municipal Library and Karavela.
Drivers are kindly requested to comply with the instructions of the members of the Traffic Police and the Traffic Police Service of the Municipality of Pafos, in order to avoid inconvenience.
