Ending Daylight Saving Time for 2023 The Department of Energy, Trade and Industry announces that the 2023 Daylight Savings Time period ends on Sunday, October 29, at 04:00 in the morning. At this time, the hands of the clocks should be moved back one hour. The relevant Decree was published in the Official Gazette of the Republic on July 9, 2021 (EU Par. III(I), No. 5563, K.D.P 293/2021, paragraph (b)). The above institution is applied in all the countries of the European Union.
