The Ministry of Health informs the public that vaccines for Covid-19 and influenza will be administered to bedridden patients, as in the past, through the home vaccination program, by the home care service of the Cyprus Health Organization. For the purpose of scheduling the administration of these vaccines, the new Application Form is attached.
The submission of the application for home vaccination with COVID-19 and influenza vaccines can be submitted by the patient or his/her representative (patient's relatives) in cases where he/she is unable to do so.
It is noted that in case the vaccinated person does not wish to receive the vaccine against Covid-19 on the same day, then the flu vaccination will be done by their personal doctor.
The Application Form should be sent fully completed and signed by the applicant and the Personal Doctor to smichael@papd.mof.gov.cy email address or by fax to 22771496.
