In a calm atmosphere, the protest march took place at GSO "against fascist pogroms" on the occasion of the recent incidents in Chloraka and the targeting of migrants by antifascist groups, in the aftermath of last night's incidents in Limassol.

According to information, the Police arrested six people tonight for the offenses of illegal possession of offensive instruments. The arrests were made during examinations and investigations carried out by the Police, prior to today's event in Limassol, in which the persons in question intended to take part.

The same information indicates that a portion of yesterday's protesters are going to the Limassol Police Headquarters for a new protest in relation to the 13 arrested and suspected people who have been detained for the outrages.

It should be noted that the demonstration was accompanied by members of the MMAD. Among the slogans chanted by the protesters were "hands off the migrants", "on the street, on the street to break the terror" and "solidarity the weapon of the peoples in the bosses' war".

The announcement for today's march was signed by the groups "Aeriko in the Troodos mountains", "antifa lefkoşa", "Spirithkia" and "Feminist Group Eutopia", through which they spoke out "against the racist policy that separates, exploits, imprisons, deportees and migrants and against discord and conflicts between communities".
