The development, which secured the approval of the environmental authority, concerns the construction and operation of the Neon Mall of Pafos on the site of the existing defunct shopping center in Agios Theodoros parish, in the municipality of Paphos. The mall, previously called "The Pafos Mall", was implemented and put into operation around 2008.
It included a supermarket area, 12 shops, a cafeteria, auxiliary and common areas, warehouses, and had 812 parking spaces.
The additions approved will concern:
– The existing building of the shopping center.
– Department store building and offices above, which will be an extension of the existing building and will be erected in the southern part of the plot.
– Parking spaces (above ground and underground).
– Configuration of entrance/exit and creation of a roundabout
