The Community Council of Chlorakas has installed a prefabricated building outside the St Nicolas apartment complex. It will act as a temporary police station for as long as necessary.
The Community Council will contribute to the security of the area by purchasing services from individuals. The state has decided to seal off the complex so that squatters do not settle again until the ownership status is fully cleared.
At the same time, the community is planning a major clean-up campaign in the area to remove tons of garbage found in and around the complex.
